 How can I change my personal details?

It's easy to change your personal details and it only takes a few minutes. Firstly log into your account and select which category your change would fall under. ‘Profile’ is where you can change your name and password, in ‘Address’ you can change your address or add additional ones, and under ‘Payment’ you can change or add payment details.

I’m a blogger and I want to work with Organyc, who should I contact?

What can I buy from the Organyc online shop?

All of our products are available through the online shop.

Where does Organyc ship to?

At Organyc UK we only ship to the United Kingdom.

How much is postage and packaging?

Postage and packaging is free for all orders over £35.00. If your order has not reached this then it is £3.50 for standard delivery within 3-5 working days. If you require next day delivery you will be charged £9.00 please ensure your order has been placed before 12 noon to receive next day delivery.

How long will it take for my Organyc order to arrive?

Once you have placed your order with us at Organyc it will be with you within the next 5 working days unless you have selected next day delivery.

If my Organyc order hasn’t arrived who should I contact?

Firstly, we are sorry to hear that your order hasn’t arrived on time. Please email hello@organyc.co.uk and one of our team members will look into it for you.

If my Organyc order is damaged or faulty who should I contact?

We are sorry to hear that your products are damaged or faulty, please email hello@organyc.co.uk with a photograph of your damaged or faulty product along with your order number and we will look into this for you.

I have received the wrong item in my Organyc order, how do I fix this?

If your Organyc order has arrived but it includes the wrong product we are very sorry that this has happened. Our orders are hand picked and we always ensure to get each individual order right. Please email hello@organyc.co.uk with your order number and a picture of the products or the name of the products which have arrived and we will look into this for you.

Can I cancel my Organyc order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately at this moment in time we are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed.
